This session will be of general interest to attendees.

It will give an overview of international developments in federated access management, showing how international cooperation has had a significant impact on the adoption of SAML as a standard for access management.

This session will look at federated access management from two perspectives; firstly from that of an international publisher, and secondly an update of development plans at Internet2.
